About the Role

We are seeking a creative UI/UX Designer to join our design team. You will be responsible for creating beautiful and intuitive user experiences for our web applications and working closely with our product and engineering teams.

What You'll Do

• Design user interfaces for web applications
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Conduct user research and usability testing
• Collaborate with product managers and developers
• Maintain and evolve our design system
• Create user flows and information architecture
• Present design concepts to stakeholders
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and data

What We're Looking For

• 2-4 years of experience in UI/UX design
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong portfolio showcasing web application designs
• Experience with user research and usability testing
• Knowledge of design systems and component libraries
• Understanding of responsive design principles
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience working with development teams

Nice to Have

• Experience with prototyping tools (Framer, Principle)
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development
• Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Previous startup or agency experience
• Motion design and animation skills
